TurningPoint Cloud Error: "PowerPoint is Already Running"

Known Issue

When attempting to open a PowerPoint file through the [PowerPoint Polling] tool in the TurningPoint Cloud Dashboard, Powerpoint generates an error: “Power Point Polling was unable to open. Please close the application and try again. If the problem persists, please contact customer support.”

Solution - Step #1

  1. Under [File], select [Options].

  1. Click [Add-Ins].
  2. Click [Disabled Items] under the drop down menu next to [Manage].
  3. Click [Go].

  2. Click [Enable].
