Promoting Turning Account Users to "Admin" Role

*NOTE: Only UWM Turning Account users with the "admin" role can promote other UWM users to the "admin" role.

1. Log Into the Turning Account Website

2. Open the Organization Page

From the sidebar on the left, select "Organization"

3. Search for a user

In the search box, search by first or last name, or pantherID (or full uwm email address).

Click on the arrow to the right of the user's entry

5. Promote the user to the "Admin" role

Click on the button with the icon that looks like a circle with an upward pointing arrow inside to promote a user to the "Admin" role

To demote someone back to a "user" role, simply follow steps 1-5 above and then click on the now red button with the icon that now has a circle with a downward pointing arrow.
